Account & Data Deletion

⚠️ What will be deleted

Submitting a deletion request will permanently remove:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your ride history and saved addresses
• Payment method references linked to your account
• All personal data stored in our systems

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

📬 How to request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your Taxi4U account to callcenter@hallo.co.il. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request" so we can process it promptly.

We will confirm deletion within 24–48 hours.
